About Reed
Hey! My name is Reed Elenz. I am 23 years old and I graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2020. I earned my major in Media Strategies and got my minor in Creative Media Industries. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, where I went to Stephen F. Austin High School. I was actually the Mascot for my high school, which was a maroon puffball named Mr. Maroo. As of right now I am working at JBGoodwin Realtors as a Marketing and Communications Intern.
I have had some previous experience with digital marketing and communications, media strategies, graphic design, video production, and web design and development. During high school I did a couple of graphic design classes that covered things like Photoshop, Illustrator, and graphic design in general. I also had a web development class that covered the basics of HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver. During my time in college, had some classes in college that covered aspects of media marketing communications, web development/design and graphic design aspects.
My dream job would probably be something related to digital marketing, the web/internet, and/or Information Technology. I have always loved technology and the internet and I’ve always loved to understand how it worked. One of my dream jobs right now would be a Web Developer/Designer of some sort or a Digital Marketer. After taking the web design class in high school and college I have appreciated websites a lot more and wanted to know more about web development.
